Organizational Consultant, Co-Founder of the GIO (Gestalt in Organizations) training program in Greece, program coordinator; responsible for the training program syllabus. She is presently in charge of the Executive Search Team of AIMS International Hellas. She has been working for the last ten years as an organizational consultant in the areas of market research, business development, H.R. and communication, team work, change and conflict management in various organizations. She has taught in private colleges and universities in Greece.

Lia Zografou, MA Dramatherapy, Dip. Gestalt Organizational Consulting

is a Health Professions Council (HPC, UK) registered dramatherapist, supervisor, consultant and trainer. During the past fifteen years she has worked extensively in the fields of therapy, education and consulting and is co-leader of the diploma course of Creative Supervision offered by the London Centre of Psychodrama. She has published on psychodrama, dramatherapy and supervision and is freelancing in Greece and the UK. She is also a founding member, actor and conductor of Hellenic Playback theatre, promoting creative approaches to community dialogue and change.
